VIRGINIA LAW (Code 32-6, State Health Dept.) prohibits dumping of sink and shower wastes onto the ground. This prohibition will be enforced in this campground. Facilities are provided for this purpose.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 1:00 PM; Cabin and Kottages is 12:00 PM.

VISITOR PASS: All visitors must register at the office. Guests must be registered and pay a visitor’s fee. Also, visitors must park in designated area, NOT AT CAMPSITE

CAMPSITE LIMITATIONS: We allow two adults, two children and one camping unit per site. Additional persons are allowed for a fee.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE: Cozy Acres has 50 AMP service available. No electrical reducer adapters allowed.

THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA requires campers to provide an anti-siphon device on any hose used in conjunction with a yard hydrant or any other potable water source in the campground.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN EVIDENCE.

NO LIFEGAURD ON DUTY AT THE POOL! Swim at your own risk. All children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS allowed in pool area. NO PETS allowed in pool or deck area.

FIREARMS: No person shall use firearms within the confines of this camp.

PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets must not present a hazard or a nuisance to other campers. You must clean up after your pet IMMEDIATELY! No pets are allowed in any of the public buildings.

TRASH: Please use trash dumpster for all trash.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet time is between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No noise that might disturb your neighbors is allowed during quiet hours.

SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit is 10 MPH. PLEASE OBSERVE! WE LOVE OUR CHILDREN AND CAMPERS.

GOLF CARTS are allowed but driver must be 18 with a valid driver’s license. Proof of insurance is required for all golf carts upon entering campground. Fee: $5.00 per visit.

FISHING: Catfish; Fee fishing: Permits sold at Trading Post. Catch and release ponds are free.

BATH HOUSES: Bath houses are cleaned daily. They will be closed for a short period of time. Children under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult. NO PETS.

LAND: Do not remove, destroy, cut down, mutilate, injure or gather live trees.

FIRE RINGS are provided at most sites. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS. Charcoal and wood are on sale at the Trading Post.

WASHING OF VEHICLES: Contact office for vehicle washing guidelines and fee.

PLEASE leave your campsite in the condition you would like to find it. Report any damages or needed repairs to the manager.

PLEASE keep vehicles off the grassy areas. Park in the designated areas.

THE RECREATION BUILDING is for the use of campers and their registered guests only.

PLEASE help us keep COZY ACRES clean. Conserve and protect our well water.
