Virginia Law: (Code 32-6, State Health Dept.) prohibits dumping of sink and shower wastes onto the ground. This prohibition will be enforced in this campground. Facilities are provided for this purpose.

Check-In: Check-in time is 1:00PM

Check-Out: Check-out time is 1:00PM

Visitors Pass: All visitors must register at the office. Guests must be registered and pay a visitors fee. We allow two adults, two children and one camping unit per site. Additional persons are allowed for a fee. Visitor hours are from 10:00AM until 8:00PM.

No Alcoholic Beverages in Evidence

No Lifeguard on Duty at the Pool! Swim at your own risk. All children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Firearms: No person shall use firearms within the confines of this camp.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets must not present a hazard or a nuisance to other campers. You must clean-up after your pet! No pets are allowed in the pool area.

Trash: Please use trash dumpster for all trash

Quiet Hours: Quiet time is between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. No noise that might disturb your neighbors is allowed during quiet hours.

Speed Limit: The speed limit is 10MPH. Please observe! We love our children and campers.

Golf Carts : Golf Carts are welcome with proof of insurance.

Vehicles: Operation of mini-bikes, ATV's or motor scooters is prohibited.

Fishing: Catfish; Fee Fishing: Permits sold at the Trading Post. Catch and release ponds are free.

Bath Houses: Bath houses are cleaned daily. They will be closed for a short period of time. Children under the age of six must be accompanied by an adult.

Other Rules:

Do not remove, destroy, cut down, mutilate, injure or gather live trees.

Fire rings are provided at most sites. Charcoal and wood is on sale at the Trading Post.

Please leave your campsite in the condition you would like to find it. Report any damages or needed repairs to the manager.

Please keep vehicles off the grassy areas. Park in the designated areas.

The Recreation Building is for the use of campers and their registered guests only.

Please help us keep Cozy Acres clean. Trash cans are located throughout the campground.
